The company provides quality chemical solutions for all types of cleaning, maintenance and hygiene applications with a range of products that meet even the most diverse of requirements. We manufacture and distribute to companies all over Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands, England, Ireland and Wales.
As well as high quality trusted products for engineering, manufacturing and industrial applications, we also have a large range of products for use in pubs, clubs, hotels, restaurants, cafes, canteens, refectories, coffee houses etc.
MSL also specialize in a number of environmentally friendly enzyme & bacteria based products. For use in urinals we manufacture a biological urinal bowl and waste pipe cleaner, descaler, decontaminator and deodouriser. We also produce a high quality odour digester with new enzyme and bacteria technology.
MSL is based in Glasgow, Scotland and occupies its own premises with a great location close to motorway links serving all of the United Kingdom.
The company was founded in 1979 with the name Mackenzie Stewart & Lang Ltd., which was always abbreviated to MSL and changed to that trading name in 1998.
Having traded for 40 years and survived the worst of recessions proves the company’s ability to evolve, adapt and provide continuity of supply regardless of economic conditions.
MSL’s customer list reads like a who’s who of British and worldwide companies involved in businesses such as aquaculture, on and offshore engineering, water supply, county councils, hotel chains, food and drink manufacture, leisure industry etc. Whenever high standards of hygiene are mandatory MSL can provide the correct solution for that application and many of our products are independently tested to BS/EN standards such as BS/EN1276 & BS/EN13697.
