We manufacture customized contact pins for you from various metal alloys. Our development department ensures that shapes and physical properties comply with the stated specifications and work simply.
We manufacture thermally cracked contact pins in a variety of designs for you. The angling of the contact pins is done according to your specifications and can be provided with different embossing if desired.

The convex tip allows the pen to soften
and can be processed without edges.
Lower insertion forces compared to punched contacts.
Allows excellent contact even with a high number of mating cycles.

The length can be between 7 mm and 130 mm. The required final dimension is achieved in each case by the coordination between raw and electroplating.
