Essegi System Service Srl was founded at the beginning of 1997 as a company able to offer support and innovation in the field of electronic realization. In 2000, with the acquisition of a consolidated production company already present on the market, it took on a leading role in the field of electronic board assembly.

The rapid development and the subsequent constant growth are the merit of a select team of people, but above all of the partners, coming from years of experience in the sector, able to provide solutions aimed at the needs of the customers.

Over time, Essegi System has consolidated its position in the market, specializing in medium and small productions and in producing electronic samples very quickly, both in SMT and in PTH technology.

Having a reliable and extensive network of suppliers, we have the opportunity to offer the complete procurement of raw materials, maintaining low costs and extremely fast delivery times. Furthermore, our numerous contacts with foreign countries often allow us to recover components that are difficult to find in the national market (due to obsolescence and / or allocation), resolving situations that are at times apparently insurmountable. Depending on the requests and needs of the various customers, work account solutions or mixed material retrieval solutions can be agreed upon to optimize costs and time as much as possible.

Thanks to continuous investments, designed to maintain a high quality standard, we can always be perfectly in line with the latest technologies in the electronic sector.

Through a study and a synergistic collaboration with the customer, we often develop customized programming and testing systems (fixtures), responding to the required characteristics, even simulating the final application, for a complete product verification (test on agreed specification) .

Essegi System has been using expert and competent (accurately coordinated) collaborators for years to support its customers since the design and mastering of the new electronic devices. It is therefore possible to request a fully developed product, including assembled prototypes and all the documentation relating to the project.

We are internally structured to perform wiring and machining of a certain complexity. It starts from the simple closure of a protective shell for the electronic part, to the realization of a mechanical system completely wired and connected to the control board. By adding the functional testing of the apparatus, we are also able to provide the shipment of the tested product directly to your end customers.
