Our Hydrogen sensors are the result of many years of research and development. The sensors are based on an H2-specific sensor element that is manufactured in hybrid technology using thin-film and thick-film processes. The sensor element is catalytically highly active and resistant to poisoning against volatile siloxanes and other catalyst poisons. It is implemented in a special metal housing in the standard format 21 mm Ø x 16 mm together with an electronics board. The gas inlet is designed as a sintered plate. Their short response times of less than 5 seconds make them ideal for security applications. The sensors can be used at relative humidity between 0% and 100%; The condensation of moisture is also not a problem. They have a very stable basic signal that is not influenced by fluctuations in moisture.
