ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING
The ELEKTRONIK GROUP manufactures assemblies and devices according to customer specifications. Within the individual companies, all industrial requirements of SMD and THT assembly are completely covered. Modern and high-tech machinery make it possible to equip all common types of BGA / μBGA, QFN, LGA and chip housings in 01005. The basic material available to customers of the ELEKTRONIK GROUP is all common circuit boards such as FR4, Flex, Semiflex, Alukern and Ceramik Strengths and line formats available. With 15 assembly lines, some of which can reach up to 100,000 placements per hour, as well as efficient set-up concepts, a wide variety of individual requirements can be met in the area of ​​high-mix / low-volume as well as low-mix / high-volume.

The equipment can be supplemented according to individual customer requirements by functional testing, final assembly and packaging of the finished product. An individual consultation with the objective of achieving an optimal assembly result with the lowest possible error rate is our highest priority.
