FIM (Fiber Injection Molding)
We are your partner, if you are interested in blowing technology.
With technology FIM developed by us, we enable a high efficient production of three-dimensional fiber molded parts.
With FIM are parts possible maximum optimized in weight and costs!
Together with our customers we develop and produce parts from nearly all materials, starting with 1 piece until a serial production line for high volume parts. In Karlsruhe, we initially manufacture small quantities up for our customer to test the market. Then a tailor-made series production line is manufactured, with which either our customers or we take over the production.
LABORATORY
At our location we could produce parts from 10 x 10cm until 200 x 150cm. Either thermoset or thermoplastic binder systems are used.
