The access required for this has to be activated in advance each time. This guarantees you absolute privacy!
Payment is made via invoice, so we can only provide this service to customers who are already registered.

On-site service
Our technicians are also happy to come to your home, be it to install new devices (printers, PC systems, etc.), to configure your Internet subscription or to set up a network.
For interventions by one of our technicians on site, € 71.00 + VAT per hour (€ 85.91 incl. VAT) will be charged. The travel time is included in the intervention time. For other travel costs, please contact us by phone.
You can make use of this service as a private customer as well as a business customer. However, priority is given to business customers in the event of time bottlenecks.

Workshop service
Should your PC no longer start, your printer no longer print, or is your operating system simply in need of maintenance again?
Take your device to our workshop service. In the case of minor problems, we will take care of your problem immediately (if time allows).
Our aim is to be able to return your repaired system to you within 24 hours. In most cases, this can also be done.
