(QEMS) was incorporated in Charlotte, NC in January 2002 by a partnership of investors and seasoned engineers with a long history of working together in the manufacture of printed circuit board assemblies, cable assemblies, and electronic systems. QEMS’ experience has included PCB design, Quality Systems (ISO9000, QS9000),Interconnect Standards (IPC610), purchasing, SMT, MRP, and a full range of technologies and techniques essential to success in the Electronic Manufacturing business.
