Houston, Texas, December 2, 2019 – Prairie Capital and Andrew (“Drew”) Hall formally announced the formulation of AlpHa Measurement Solutions, LLC (AlpHa), a company committed to the design and manufacture of sensor technology for water testing and related applications. Strategically aligned to this announcement, the Board of Directors of AlpHa also announced the acquisition of the Van London Company and the naming of Drew Hall as AlpHa Measurement Solutions CEO.
