Machine park consists of high-end performance machines, such as Flexible Value-Based In-Line Printer EKRA X4, pick & place machine JUKI KE-2060RL and ERSA soldering furnace HOTFLOW 2/14. They are designated as medium-volume production of complex circuits with large-scale integration and low pitches pins. For regular customers, we also provide short series of prototypes at discounted prices.
