We offer a complete turn-key solution for salt bath brazed assemblies, utilising our extensive in-house design, planning and manufacturing facilities. We have over 40 years of experience in this process which is used to produce lightweight complex aluminium structures for a wide range of aerospace and defence applications. Products manufactured by this method include coldwalls, chassis, antennae, heat exchangers, wave guides, plenums and ducts.

This capability sits alongside our serial production seating and galley insert products, offering all the economies of scale this brings to meet such special requirements. Our salt bath brazing process is well-suited to both small and large volume production and has already been selected as a source for several ongoing premier defence programmes.
