Zeal Electronics Ltd have been established for over 35 years as a leading UK Contract Electronics Manufacturer. Located on the outskirts of Chesterfield, Derbyshire and on a purpose built site it has excellent infrastructure and logistics links to the East Midlands Airport, its surrounding area and via the M1 corridor to the rest of the United Kingdom.Operating in the most demanding of markets, we consequently have obtained the appropriate quality credentials and track record to succeed in the modern world of communication and control.We specialise in PCB Assembly (Surface Mount and Through Hole Components) but also offer services including Loom and Cable assembly, Product Testing, Enclosure Builds, Rack and Panel Wiring and assembly, Encapsulation, Procurement, Engraving and Plastic Fabrication. Quality Production is achieved by our fully automated pick and place machines, process monitored reflow ovens, wave solder machines, solder paste screen printing equipment, automated optical inspection systems and the necessary conventional, testing and inspection equipment. We also have a very capable computerised engraving facility and SMT rework station that can be used to remove and replace BGA components. All of our processes driven by our BS EN 9001:2015 accredited Quality System and from our highly skilled workforce working to the IPC-A-610 standard.
