We currently undertake PCB Design & assembly, PCB fabrication, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) services, Embedded software services. For production we support the following levels depending on the urgency requirements of the customer.

(1) Prototypes: These requests are for customers who have an urgent requirement & quick turnaround to test the prototypes before having the final design ready for production roll out. We support the customer end to end during prototype manufacturing & work closely to identify issues & potential improvement areas.

(2) Production: These requests are for customers who have a running & accepted design, we ensure Quality in every step for the production manufacturing.

(3) Additional Requirements: We also support customer requirements for drawing of wires, box testing requirements & any other mechanical requirements that are required to be done along with the PCB.

Avishkar Industries has 15 member team who are highly experienced & skilled in PCB Assembly. The Management team is headed by three Technocrats who have 15+ years of experience individually in EMS services.
