HTH Sinus Electronic GmbH has a powerful, modern machine park (I-Pulse, Hitachi, Sanyo, Universal. SMT, Samsung, DEK and Seho), which covers all common designs (from 01005, 0201, 0402 to BGAs and QFPs from 150mm x 150mm) assembled, printed and soldered (capacity: approx. 100,000 SMD components / h).

The four lines of SMD assembly complement each other and create flexible options.

In the field of cutting-edge LED technology, HTH Sinus Electronic GmbH is currently one of the few companies in Germany that can process printed circuit boards up to 1,200 mm in length.
