We, Nippon Pillar Packing CO.,LTD in Japan, are the CCL manufacturer of fluoro-carbon resin substrate which is suitable for mmW application such as radar for vehicle. Until now, we have delivered our CCL for more than 1 million radar modules in resent 5years.
Now, we are developing new CCL well recommended for hybrid multi-layered board with a good balance between high reliability and low transmission loss. We believe we can contribute your mmW business through our material technology.
