The AMADYNE products are all about sophisticated handling of micro electronic and micro mechanical components and systems.

Currently we offer two mainstream standard products

The small automatic component handling system CAT.

Whilst the main stream application will be that of an ordinary epoxy (flip chip) die bonder, all systems can easily be adapted to even quite specific customer needs within strandard delivery time. Furthermore we can provide highly specialized solutions based on one of these platforms, within short time and at very reasonable cost.
