DB HiTek produces system-level chips that add high value at processing nodes ranging from 0.35um to 90nm. Our advanced chip solutions serve applications in a wide range of electronic products including TVs, computers, mobile phones and automotives.

Since becoming Korea’s first system-level semiconductor foundry in 2001, DB HiTek has aggressively invested in advanced analog and mixed-signal process technologies. As a result, we introduced the industry’s first 0.18um BCDMOS process technology in 2008 and then became the world’s leader in the specialty foundry sector in 2010.

Placing a strategic focus on high value-added specialty process in the areas of analog, power (BCDMOS), CMOS image sensors (CIS) and mixed signal, we spare no effort to extend our leadership as a provider of specialty foundry services. DB HiTek has recently focused on developing MEMS, Power Devices and RF HRS/ SOI CMOS. We strive to listen to customers’ feedback through our sales and technical support centers, which are available 24/7 in the United States, Taiwan, China, Japan and Europe as well as Korea.
