Thames Gateway Manufacturing Centre

Established in 1999 at the University of East London, TGMC was co-founded by the current team of Directors and a supporting team of industry professionals whose joint aim was to develop an SME dedicated to providing, unrivalled commitment to customer focused, contract electronic manufacturing partnerships. These aims and ambitions have provided TGMC with a controlled growth whilst ensuring its customers retain the quality and reliability they have come to expect.

In March 2006 TGMC moved away from its University roots and opened a new purpose-designed electronic manufacturing environment. Equipped with the best machinery, excellent assembly and quality processes, and completed by static discharge protection (ESD) across the whole facility, the new home of TGMC provided the expansion it needed, to continue its aims.

However having outstanding equipment and assembly processes is only half of the story. TGMC has a wealth of expertise in its people. All of the engineering and management team have been working in electronics design and manufacture for over 20 years. It is the people that set TGMC apart from other contract electronic manufacturers.

From fast turnaround prototyping through to medium / high volume production, TGMC takes pride in consistently delivering high quality products into demanding markets.
