We utilize our ACI system for every job that goes through our facility. This Assembly Control Information file is used to document the complete process from start to finish. Each step of the assembly process is documented with special quality work-instructions when required, so we will produce the same reliable results every time!
It also has build in inspection steps throughout to insure a quality product at the end.
SAS is ISO 9001 Certified and has proven Quality steps to insure the highest quality in electronic assemblies.
In addition SAS is using AEGIS Manufacturing Software AEGYS link to aid in 21st century product assembly, with electronically updated production documentation and quality controls.

Consignment kits are audited for accuracy within 24 hours of receipt, and SAS employs a computerized networked MRP system to plan material purchases for our turnkey customers to insure on time delivery of your product.

We also offer testing of finished products, using a customer supplied test fixture to insure 100% turn-on rate when the product is received.
