Radar and Laser Certification Certifications can be sent to the factory or any of our authorized repair centers across the U.S. We recommend annual certification of our products. However, this is not a requirement. Many courts have upheld longer and shorter certification periods or no certification required unless a unit has failed. Please check with your local jurisdiction for polices or regulations.

Factory Turnaround We strive to quickly repair and return our customer’s products. In most cases repairs are completed within 7 days of receipt. For out of warranty service, a repair estimate is available upon request and all non-warranty repairs are 100% satisfaction guaranteed (parts and labor) for 90 days.

Factory Service Center The factory service center is located at our main production facility. This service center has access to all of the sophisticated testing equipment and anechoic chambers used in the manufacturing of Stalker products.
