In addition to the SMD system , PCBs with a size of up to 450 x 500 mm can be effectively equipped with THT components and wired LEDs using the radial / axial system.

PRODUCTION
The heart of our electronics production (board assembly) are highly qualified employees with many years of experience in the assembly technology. In addition, we offer a machine park with which we cover all common industrial requirements of SMD and THT production. With our total of three SMD Fuji equipment lines, we stock all common types of BGA / μBGA, QFN and 0402 chip packages. Depending on the requirement profile, the soldering process in electronics production takes place via nitrogen-controlled reflow ovens or wave soldering systems. We can also make your products traceable at any time.

OPTICAL TEST
All assemblies manufactured by us are tested almost 100% automatically AOI, with smaller quantities still using stereomicroscope. The AOI checks all visible solder joints, component labels and polarity marks.
