A Brief History
Huntsman Technologies has been involved in the electronics industry since 1987.

Initially our activities included sales and repairs of computer hardware and software.

During this period we found many customers also had problems with their industrial machines so we diversified our activities to include the repairs of industrial electronics. By the mid 90s, computer hardware prices were falling and the repair of this type of equipment was becoming less viable, so we focused our expertise on industrial electronics. We specialise in the provision of electronics solutions – mainly in the field Control and Automation, to customers across a broad spectrum of industries.

Over the course of many repairs, our engineers found equipment that was poorly designed and constructed or had become obsolete. Recognising the need for a solution, we included the design and manufacture of upgraded machine electronics to the list of services we provide.

We relocated to larger premises in 2006 and have since invested in additional PCB assembly equipment.

This enables us to develop a varied set of projects from initial concept through to manufacture, thereby providing complete turn-key solutions in house. Today, our diverse business provides a professional repair service, as well as the design, prototyping and manufacture of electronics used in both our own and our customers� products. Our highly skilled, friendly and helpful staff provides personal service to all our valued customers.
