Assembly
In our assembly, the added value for our customers increases. Not only the single injection molded part, but also the assembly is delivered to our customer.

In order to be able to produce assemblies or systems in large quantities from individual components, we use fully automatic assembly systems or semi-automatic assembly aids with integrated quality control as required. This ensures the reproducibility of the manufacturing process.

Important in the assembly of the assembly is to ensure the desired component functions such as by Dichtigkeits- and pressure tests or even acoustics. Thanks to technologies such as laser welding or gluing, parts can be joined together and do not need to be bolted in the conventional way.
