1) Scope of work
PCB made of FR-4 material: Can work from sample to mass production (2L-30L)
Special material PCB: Can work from METAL sample to mass production, Can work from Teflon sample to mass production, Can combine ISOLA disc with FR-4

2) Work procedure
ㆍ Specification check after work request (Material, thickness, copper foil thickness, surface treatment, color, BBT presence)
ㆍ Check for abnormality during CAM work after inputting work
ㆍ Check for abnormality on film after film output
ㆍ Full inner layer quality by AOI inspection before lamination Check
ㆍ DESMEAR process before the first plating
ㆍ D / F sampling test (inspection for D / F work)
ㆍ First visual inspection before
PSR
ㆍ BBT test after PSR ㆍ Final visual inspection and quality inspection before shipment

3) After Care
ㆍ Specification and revision management by recording in film management ledger in product management and production by company for each sales person

4) Shipment Management
ㆍ Principal companies near the metropolitan area should be delivered directly to each sales representative.
