The best product development makes little sense if it does not subsequently lead to high-quality series products through a competent and efficient production process. Our production is well prepared for this and forms a strong link in the value chain. On state-of-the-art systems – from the soldering system to the heavy-wire bonder – we produce a range of assemblies for our customers that meet their expectations in terms of price, quality and time.

Certified quality
The basis for this is our ISO TS16949 certified and tested quality concept. In doing so, we are in a position to implement the various requirements of our customers, from small and medium-sized to very large quantities with tailor-made manufacturing concepts and – where appropriate or necessary – specialized production lines.

Production beyond mere electronics
In addition to pure electronics production, our production also offers you cost-effective implementation of assembly and joining processes. The processing of bare-dies, as well as the production of ceramic substrates, takes place here in special clean rooms. For products in the field of medical technology , we also have a bacteriological clean room at our disposal.
