BÄRO is active worldwide from its headquarters in Leichlingen. As a project partner and system supplier, the Retail Lighting division offers innovative lighting solutions for all formats in the multi-faceted world of retail: “Fresh Light for Fresh Products”.

BÄRO has also been on the market in the clean air technology sector since 1996. With systems for UV-C sterilization and the innovative KitTech and plasma technologies for fat removal and odor minimization, BÄRO develops integrated solutions for customers in the commercial kitchens, gastronomy and industrial and food industry: “New Solutions for People and Environment”.

Responsibility towards the environment and society is the focus of BÄRO’s entrepreneurial activities. This is reflected in social engagement as well as in the role of a training company and employer, who as a signatory to the “Diversity Charter” views diversity as an opportunity.
