About us
With Gawado Gaswarnsysteme GmbH we offer you reliable gas warning systems with future-oriented technology.
Safety, reliability and quality are our promises.
The staff make the difference at Gawado!
The sales department is once again looking for a solution for a request for a complex gas warning system. At the same time, two employees are producing a sample gas treatment which will be picked up tomorrow morning. In the office, the tender must be quickly answered with an offer so that the deadline does not pass. The configuration should quickly prepare a configuration and circuit diagram modification for commissioning in southern Germany. The service technician drives to commissioning and now has to assemble the entire system. We are sometimes asked how we manage to maintain our willingness and motivation at such a high level in the long term.
Through the participation of the employees as shareholders!
Many companies are taking a step backwards to approach employees in this way. The company Gawado goes this way and consciously involves its employees as a shareholder. The employees hold 100% of the shares and can thus influence the development of the company. This concept is unique and the positive effect is difficult to achieve with other measures. The participation sustainably promotes motivation, commitment and participation as entrepreneurs. Thus, large corporate goals such as customer satisfaction and service friendliness can be effectively and permanently implemented.
Satisfied customers mean more sales and a higher profit
Turning employees into entrepreneurs raises awareness and understanding of the business contexts. By providing regular insight into the company’s numbers, the social workers can see the results of their work. In times when pensions and savings generate little return, investing in an emerging business can be a wise investment.
