About us
Since 1994, X-Floc Dämmtechnik-Maschinen GmbH, based in Renningen near Stuttgart, has been developing injection molding machines. At that time, only US blowing machines were available in Europe and the X-Floc founders quickly recognized the weaknesses of these very simple machines.
Since then, X-Floc has developed many innovations and design standards in pneumatic conveying of insulating materials, many of which have established themselves as state of the art.

The milestones here are, for example, the comfortable and advanced control possibilities of the machines with the radio remote controls FFB2000-Pro and FFB400, the dynamic pressure control and the automatic shutdown, the lock ventilation, the advanced ergonomic standards, the compact and robust construction of the machines and the closed filling containers with strip curtain and the possibility of active dust extraction. Many of these innovations are part of the basic equipment of an X-Floc blowing machine.

An important development goal of X-Floc has never changed in all time: the blow-in machines should have a very high compatibility with all available on the market blowing insulation materials (cellulose, wood fiber, mineral wool, granules, bulk materials and composite materials). This makes you as a user very flexible in terms of the requirements of the respective construction project and you can react quickly to the changes in the market.
