Klotz GmbH combines traditional mechanical engineering with state-of-the-art automation technology: reliable technology meets intelligent software algorithms. For decades, the team of mechanical engineers, engineers and computer scientists at the Kötz site in Bavaria has been developing and producing high-tech production systems and special machines “Made in Germany”. With the networking of human, machine and data, Klotz creates intuitive interfaces for the commissioning and automation of plants. International customers such as Audi, Thyssen and VW rely on the integrated mechanical engineering / software solutions and benefit from fast-paced and easy-to-use machines for measuring and testing technology.

Products & Solutions

Klotz specializes in the design and manufacture of assembly lines and test benches, in particular systems for the production and testing of vehicle steering systems and their components. The development of state-of-the-art technical software for the automation of machines and plants is, in addition to traditional mechanical engineering, the logical continuation of the corporate strategy: innovation on the pulse of the times. The portfolio of the subsidiary Kinmatec includes the automation software KinRig and the patented, mobile machine control SCS (Smart Control Service).
