About us
VA GmbH for Food Processing has been planning and installing process equipment for the food industry since 1993.

As part of the project, we offer you together with our control partners turnkey plants in all areas of production and processing of food.

The configuration and processing includes the following points:

Detailed planning with creation of RI schemes, site plans, block diagrams, quantity balances and function descriptions
Design and procurement of all components. Of course, when selecting the components, we comply with their factory standards
The creation of electrical wiring diagrams and construction of control cabinets
The mechanical and electrical / pneumatic assembly on site by our experienced fitters
The programming / visualization of the plant by our control partners
Commissioning of the system at your location
The creation of extensive mechanical and electrical documentation
In our installation team, more than 30 experienced employees with many years of experience in dealing with food equipment ensure fast, safe and clean completion of all work.

In addition to the assembly of our plants, disassembly, optimization and relocation of production facilities are realized.

In our assembly center in Heilbronn, we have a large stock of wear and spare parts for the most common components in the process area for the rapid removal of faults and damage.
