About us
The company was founded in 1992 in Germany
founded and registered under number HRB 837x in Rotenburg an der Wümme.

The idea was to combine a globally recognized ball valve from Cameron with a high-quality drive and thereby produce a reliable product for the oil and gas pipeline construction and to distribute it through the sales organization of Fasek Engineering and Production GmbH.
The first steps were taken by a market support in the former Yugoslavia and in Eastern Europe. The establishment in Austria was created 1994 and registered with the number FN 52 956 in the commercial register.
In the following years, several branches were established to serve our customers locally.
Today the entire group consists of 8 branches and is represented by representatives in several other countries.
In addition to supplying products for the oil and gas industry, investments are increasingly being made in the development of our own products, especially drive and control technology.
Fasek supplies drives for almost all major gas pipelines in Eastern Europe and Austria. The last major project is currently the delivery of electrohydraulic drives for Gazprom’s Nord Stream pipeline.
The production in Visselhoevede / D was expanded in 2011 with another hall and associated offices. At the same time, a service and warehouse was completed in Austria at the new location in Münchendorf.
