The State Guild of Electrical and Information Technology Schleswig-Holstein was founded on September 30, 1954, with the aim of illustrating the importance of electrical engineering and information technology in Schleswig-Holstein and promoting it at all levels. He informs about the technical, economic and legal framework conditions for independent craftsmen. The basis is the exchange of opinions between the guilds on current topics in the electro / information technology environment. The guilds use this network for the benefit of companies and to improve their competitiveness.

The Guild of Guilds comprises 18 electrical guilds and 2 radio and television engineering associations with around 1,000 companies.

In order to fulfill its duties, the state guild association maintains a full-time office in Rendsburg.

The regional association is a legal entity of private law.

It has set itself the task of supporting and promoting memberships with its companies in the fields of electrical engineering, information technology and electrical engineering and representing them to committees, authorities and political institutions as well as to all socially relevant groups. In addition, we support the guilds and businesses in their daily work with numerous further education offers and services.
