As a supplier of precision turned parts, we are committed to providing our customers with maximum process reliability, quality and flexibility.

From simple nuts and bushings to complex CNC turned parts, we solve a wide range of machining problems for you. As a customer you have a modern machine park with over 120 lathes as well as an extensive reworking department at your disposal.

But we can do more – Toplogistik incl. Kanban and a complete traceability of your products. From pre-production samples to large series, from a team-oriented support already in the construction of your components, to large-scale projects – we support you.

Products of the Mayenberger Group move the world. Because wherever precision is required, we are not far away either. Whether in high-quality mechanical vehicle components or in electronic assemblies, from mechanical engineering to components for medical and measuring technology, as well as the sensor area. Our wide range of machining expertise enables us to supply virtually all industries with turned parts.

Curve manufacturing machines
In our curve department we manufacture drawing parts such as nuts with all thread types, with or without oversize. Press-in sockets, threaded bushes, sleeves and turned parts to DIN standard made of brass, aluminum, steel and stainless steel.

CNC short turned parts

On modern CNC short lathes we produce a wide variety of turned parts up to Ø 90 mm from the bar, from simple to complex geometries. Complete machining and materials such as V4A, titanium or special aluminum grades are standard for us.
