Since the advent of programmable battery analyzers in the early ’90s, Cadex products have made a name for themselves worldwide. They are used in wireless communications, mobile computing, medical technology and defense industries. Cadex has set new standards and the company has become the world leader in advanced battery testing equipment and systems. Today, Cadex products are sold in over 100 countries.

Cadex Electronics was founded in 1980 when Isidor Buchmann realized that the full potential of nickel-cadmium batteries had not been realized. The regeneration function developed by Buchmann was so effective in repairing these batteries that Cadex analyzers became widely known among users of batteries for two-way radios, mobile phones and medical devices.
