MESHPARTS has developed a finite-element software solution that works component-oriented, reducing the modeling effort for multi-variant machine simulations by a factor of ten. It consists of a component-oriented FE software and a FE component library. With the MESHPARTS software, FE component models can be parameterized automatically as desired and positioned in the FE model. Validated simulation models are conveniently downloaded from the MESHPARTS library and incorporated into new FE assemblies. With just a few clicks, complex assemblies are modeled that can be easily changed or reused in new models.
