Dongguan Tangxia Shuangxin Hardware Products Factory has over 15 years history since 2000. Our sister companies XingYongJia Hardware (HK) Co. Ltd and Yubiao Hardware Co. Ltd were found since 2004. Shuangxin Hardware is mainly specialized in the manufacture of metal/plastic hardware products, which are widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, furniture, construction, toys, automotive/motorcycle, machinery, kitchen home appliances and other fields. Shuangxin Hardware covers 6,000 square meters with more than 500 sets of high precision equipment, which are used for stamping part, stamping die, CNC milling part, CNC lathe/turning part and auto lathe part, spring, screw, rivet, shaft as well as various kinds of custom hardware parts with material of cast steel chassis for strength and security. All working mechanisms are encased in a heavy duty solid brass, bronze, aluminum, or stainless steel housing incorporating true ANSI/BHMA architectural finishes. About our QC line, it has the equipment of salt spray test, three dimensional projector (TDP), Rockwell apparatus, coating/plating film thickness tester and more.
