Since its founding in 2000, the automation technology Voigt GmbH has been dealing successfully with automation solutions for measurement and control technology in industrial semiconductor production.

ATV is a product developer
We produce our own products and solutions for industry and research. The ATV designs and realizes tailor-made metrological products on the basis of the latest technologies. With them automated quality and functional tests of components can be carried out precisely.
