LBI oil free GmbH produces and sells oil-free specialty lubricants from IRMCO and from its own formulation for tube production, tube bending and general forming (eg deep drawing). The water-soluble lubricants are produced on the basis of native raw materials (biopolymers, no plastic!). They are solvent-free, chlorine-free, silicone-free, oil-free, amine-free, teflon-free and have outstanding corrosion protection.
The extraordinary formulation eliminates the costly washing and cleaning procedure of machined products and can be welded, lasered, soldered, glued, painted or assembled immediately without washing. The tool life is considerably extended. Skin allergies, skin irritation and oily indoor air are a thing of the past!
They comply with the new EU REACH directives and have been successfully used worldwide for decades in forming.
