In October 2016, FläktGroup was founded through the successful merger of Fläkt Woods, a leading supplier of HVAC system air technology solutions, and DencoHappel, a leading technology innovator in air treatment, air conditioning, filtration technology and cooling process air.
This makes FläktGroup the European market leader for intelligent and energy-efficient indoor air and critical air solutions for all areas of application. They offer their customers innovative technologies, high quality and outstanding performance, backed by more than a century of accumulated industry experience. The merger makes it possible to offer customers the best of both companies. All well-known brands such as DENCO®, Happel®, Semco®, Fläkt®, Woods®, Iloxair®, which stand for a century-long tradition and quality, continue to be part of the group.
