Status Pro Maschinenmesstechnik GmbH was founded in 1995. We are both manufacturer and dealer and repair company of machine measuring technology and divide these into four areas.
Machine tool calibration:
Interferometer, precision inclination measurement, machine spirit levels and laser measurement technology for the measurement of machine tools. This is about alignment, calibration and diagnosis of machine tools.
Machine
Geometry : The measurement of straightness, flatness, squareness and leveling by laser as well as photogrammetry for machine builders. Typical Applications: Measure flange flatness, leveling and well positioning.
Machine diagnostics:
Vibration meters and vibration sensors as well as on-line measuring units and monitoring systems for the determination of a machine condition. Balancing devices and measuring technology for the determination of rolling bearing conditions play a major role here.
Shaft alignment : Laser measuring technology and laser measuring equipment for aligning shafts with each other as well as alignment plates and other aids for shaft alignment. Typical applications: Motor pumps, aligning machines with cardan shafts, gear couplings, dog clutches or spring bar couplings.
