The Young Talent Foundation for Mechanical Engineering is committed to the recruitment and promotion of young talent in mechanical and plant engineering.
A focal point of the foundation’s work is projects for training improvement with a focus on further education and qualification of teaching staff.
Under the motto Give impetus – Promote education – Secure opportunities, the operative projects serve the transfer of knowledge between industry, schools and universities.
