IAV Drehteile GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Iserlohn (NRW).

For 30 years we have worked as a contract manufacturer for our customers in many areas of metalworking.

We have a modern machine park with its own drop forge and manufacture according to your wishes and requirements parts in a variety of materials such. Stainless steel (1.4021, 1.4404, 1.4923, 1.4057, 1.7225) or high-quality special materials made of titanium alloys and nickel-based alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel).

Our range of services includes among others:

the machining of many materials on modern CNC turning, drilling and milling machines
the die forging with subsequent heat treatment
the thread production by rolling and whirling / cutting
the buffing and smooth rolling
Hard armor by plasma powder welding
The clients include well-known companies from the energy and fittings industry, vehicle technology, mechanical engineering and water management.
