Short history
The still independent company HEIDEN electronics GmbH was founded in 1964 and was registered in 1972 in the commercial register. In 1995 the head office was relocated from Munich to Landsberg am Lech. After the company founder sold the company as part of the succession plan due to age, at the beginning of 2003 the company was 100% owned by Dipl.-Ing. Franz J. Dorfner, the new owner. In 2004, HEIDEN power GmbH was founded as an independent sales company and partner.

New modern company headquarters
Due to the pleasing business development, the rooms at the former headquarters in Munich soon became too small. The former management decided to move to the west of Munich to Landsberg / Lech at the beginning of 1990. In order to modernize the work environment and also to enforce the aesthetics took place at the end of 2004, a new move to the nearby town of Pürgen.
