Since 2015, the Lower Bavarian company NeoLog has been providing lean management solutions for intralogistics processes in production and materials management with approx. 20 employees across all sectors. From Landshut, a team of specialists looks after national and international B2B customers who receive lean manufacturing as a holistic solution. Ergonomics, occupational safety, process efficiency, material and assembly are individual building blocks of the portfolio, which brings together analogue and digital components: NeoLog offers u. a. Pipe clamping systems made of steel and aluminum, tailor-made workstations for production, administration and logistics, the material planning system “Shadowboard”, the gesture-controlled pick-to-light solution “pickFinder” and the electrical transport system “360Mover”, so that production and assembly processes are as possible run lean.
