About us
Our tools for components with highly sophisticated shapes, geometries and tolerances have a total weight of up to 40 tons. Especially interior and design parts made of new materials as well as structural components made of high-strength and ultra-high-strength steel materials or aluminum pose new challenges every day. We develop transfer tools including the required gripper systems, progressive tools for high stroke rates and individual tools for various cutting and forming processes. Of course, we also supply the required measuring fixtures and fixtures as well as test documents. The components manufactured in small series on presses with up to 6,300 kN are tested with our CNC coordinate measuring technology.
