The company Ralf Eggers was founded on October 1, 1996 as a partnership from the outsourced operation of the “mechanical production” of Walterwerk Kiel GmbH & Co. KG and has since been working as an exclusive supplier for Walterwerk.
Owner and Managing Director Ralf Eggers offered individual CNC turning and milling work on a 130 m² production area.

In 2002, the company expanded to 800 m² of production space and invested in the first lathes with driven tools.

In 2005, the first 5-axis machining center and a lathe with driven tools, Y-axis and counter spindle were purchased.

In 2008, investments were made in a new production hall with adjoining administration building as well as in other new machine tools.

Our new building has been co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
 
Now we manufacture on 1200 sqm production area.

In 2009, we significantly expanded our manufacturing capabilities by acquiring a 5-axis portal milling machine. This year, RALF EGGERS CNC Turning and Milling Technology GmbH & Co. KG was renamed.

In 2010, the integration of the tool presetting followed

In 2011, we introduced the CAD / CAM system TOP-Solid from Missler. This year ZDH ZERT certified the company according to DIN ISO 9001.

In 2012 we equipped the quality assurance with a new CNC measuring machine.

Since 2012, we handle all orders via our newly acquired ERP system JOB-DISPO from FAUSER AG.

At the end of 2012, the cooperation with Walterwerk Kiel was canceled by mutual agreement. Since then, there is the possibility that interested parties can obtain their spare parts for ice cream makers directly from us.

Our know-how and the quality of our spare parts for ice cream baking machines is appreciated by all our customers. Since 2014, we are now also successfully represented on the international market.

Nevertheless, we continue to offer our services as a supplier of machined components.
