LS Kunststofftechnologie GmbH (solutions + systems of high-performance polymers) was founded in 1985 and is today a leader in the processing of high-performance polymers. Our technical injection molded parts are mainly used in the automotive sector and in medical technology.
We mainly process high-performance polymers. The focus here is on the following applications:
Sealing rings and thrust washers in gearboxes and drives
Slippery / friction stressed, highly wear resistant components
Maintenance-free or low-maintenance plain bearings
Precision parts and multi-component applications
An own compounding plant, a material testing laboratory, the research and development department and our own tool making round off the services of LS Kunststofftechnologie GmbH. Production sites in Wertheim am Main and Neuhaus am Rennweg offer flexibility and capacity that can be expanded at short notice. Our certified quality management system according to ISO / TS 16949: 2009 always guarantees quality you can rely on.
