Sophisticated systems for the ultra-precise shape correction of surfaces using ion beams enable the production of high-quality surfaces. The world’s most renowned manufacturers of precision optics place their trust in NTG’s system technology. Experience for a broad spectrum: particle accelerator
NTG develops and manufactures particle accelerators for a wide variety of applications. Extreme beam intensities of up to 4 MeV are required, for example, in basic research and material testing for fusion reactors. In addition, NTG offers solutions for almost all questions of beam analysis (Faraday Cups, Emittance Measuring Systems, …). New on offer are ceramic-metal joints for a variety of applications.

Multi-tasking tooling machines milling, turning and drilling highly complex workpieces, extremely economically and extremely accurately. More than 20 controlled machines handle a wide variety of materials according to customer specifications. Perfect fine work by hand goes without saying. The focus of contract manufacturing is stainless steel and aluminum. In addition, tantalum, titanium, zircaloy, inconel, oxide ceramics and many other materials can be processed. The fully certified NTG welding staff welds steel, aluminum and special materials.
