Backers Maschinenbau operates in the 7th generation as a family-run company at the Twist location in Emsland. The trademark, the yellow star, marks the company’s focus: the star-sifting technology. For over 20 years Backers manufactures star screens. The mobile and stationary systems are used in mineral and organics; for example in environmental technology, in road construction and construction nationally and internationally.
The company’s commitment is not solely focused on manufacturing the highest quality screens. The specialists at Backers are constantly developing and optimizing products and assemblies – screen stars, scrapers, cleaning devices, CAN-BUS controllers.
