In a new partnership with the world’s leading LVD company in the field of advanced sheet metal working equipment, the successful Braunschweig-based metalworking company Decontec has now launched a powerful fully hydraulic press brake.

Thanks to innovative 3D software, including complete 3D bending simulation, there is a time saving of 80% during set-up and programming times. Of course, this time saving will also be passed on to customers sitting nationwide. They can thereby, e.g. as a supplier to the automotive industry sustainably guarantee their partners a good supply capability and thus remain competitive.

Bending lengths of up to 4000 mm and pressing forces of 3200 kN are also available to customers in the plastics, steel construction and mechanical engineering industries. Individual bent parts from the prototype to series production can be manufactured within a very short time.

Stainless steel up to 15 mm, structural steel up to 20 mm and aluminum up to 10 mm thickness is machined during CNC bending. From the 2D / 3D drawing to the 3D model, file formats such as SAT, IGES, CATIA V4 / 5, STEP, IPT (Inventor) or DWG already support customers in the design phase.
